You will immediately feel at home in the spacious, comfortable and brightly furnished apartment. The view over the North Sea is overwhelming and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets almost all year round right from the living room sofa or balcony.
This apartment is ideal for both short and long holiday stays. It is rightfully fully equipped. It includes a flat screen TV with digital television. There is also a home cinema set with the possibility to play your own music via Bluetooth. And of course wifi throughout the apartment.
The living room is light and spacious and has attractive light furniture, a flat screen TV with a home cinema set. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, Senseo- and filter coffee maker.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Furthermore, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe.From both bedrooms you have direct access to the modern bright bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, washbasin furniture and a silent washer-dryer combination.
In the hall is the toilet and a small storage room. And on the balcony, facing south-west, you have a beautiful sea view and a garden furniture set for 4 people.
Big plus is the private parking garage under the building!
Your car can be parked in its own parking garage (door height 1.85 m.) in the basement of the building. You can also store bicycles and beach equipment there. From the underground parking, 2 lifts go to the floor of the apartment.
For your information: from 1 March to 1 November there is paid parking in Egmond aan Zee. From 1 November to 1 March there is only paid parking in Egmond aan Zee on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
During your stay you can make use of the 2 entrance tickets for the Noordhollands Duinreservaat (children up to the age of 18 can join for free under supervision in the Noordhollands Duinreservaat).
A babybed, highchair and baby bath are available as standard.
From April to October the arrival and departure days per week are Saturday.
